All of us are facing unprecedented challenges in response to the coronavirus or COVID-19. There is no manual or quick-book to guide us through this situation. Since we are all in this together the Board of Directors has unanimously decided to help alleviate some of the hardships for owners with children living here at Fontana Estates. I’m sure that you will all agree that physical activity is important to both the physical and mental health of our children. Children especially need to be outside playing. Since schools are closed and physical education classes are clearly cancelled the Board of Directors will inform the management company not to penalize residents who keep their portable basketball hoops in the driveway for children to play while schools are closed. Please be aware that these portable hoops must remain in driveways and be positioned so that players are not in the street while playing basketball. Safety in the community should still be a major concern for everyone so please abide by policies:

Residents please do not drive more than 25mph in the community and watch out for children, residents walking their dogs, bicycle riders, walkers etc. This is especially true of those who live at the end of each of the streets. We know that you are anxious to get home but please obey the speed limit.
